Memoranda of Understanding Required

Sec. 51.289. MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING REQUIRED. To facilitate effective communication and coordination regarding allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking at the institution, a postsecondary educational institution shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with one or more: (1) local law enforcement agencies; (2) sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking advocacy groups; and (3) hospitals or other medical resource providers.
