Sec. 51.7131. ALTERNATIVE SUBSTITUTION PROCEDURES. Notwithstanding this subchapter, a district may substitute land in the manner provided by Sections 54.739-54.747. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1009 (H.B. 2815), Sec. 25, eff. June 18, 2023. Without reference to the amendment of this section by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 778, Sec. 2, this section was repealed by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 715, Sec. 40 effective September 1, 1995.
