Sec. 51.790. WATER RIGHTS OF DISSOLVED DISTRICT. Water rights held from the state shall revert to the state and may not be assigned by the district in anticipation of dissolution. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 379, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
