Sec. 51.801. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter, "general academic teaching institution," "governing board," "medical and dental unit," and "university system" have the meanings assigned by Section 61.003. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 155, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
