Sec. 51.802. UNIFORM ADMISSION SYSTEM. A general academic teaching institution shall admit first-time freshman students for each semester under the provisions of this subchapter. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 155, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
