Sec. 51.887. RULES. Except as otherwise provided by this subchapter, the commissioner of state health services shall adopt rules necessary to implement this subchapter. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 206 (S.B. 1367), Sec. 3, eff. September 1, 2017.
