Sec. 52.018. VOID APPLICATION. An application that includes two or more areas or that is for a price that is less than the fixed royalty and price per acre is void. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2446, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
