Return of Payments On Rejected Applications

Sec. 52.020. RETURN OF PAYMENTS ON REJECTED APPLICATIONS. The comptroller or commissioner shall return all amounts paid on rejected applications. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2446, ch. 871, art.
