Sec. 52.031. INCORPORATORS. Five or more persons who produce agricultural products or three or more marketing associations may form a marketing association under this chapter. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1106, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
