Contempt

Art. 52.06. CONTEMPT. Contempt of court in a Court of Inquiry may be punished by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and any witness refusing to testify may be attached and imprisoned until he does testify. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
