Sec. 52.063. DESIGNATION OF ELECTION AND DATE. A designation of the nature of the election and the date of the election shall be printed at the top of the ballot. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
