Sec. 52.077. SPECIAL FEE. Each bidder on a lease under this subchapter shall remit with each bid by separate payment a special sale fee in the amount and in the manner provided by Section 32.110 of this code. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 897, Sec. 27, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
