Art. 52.08. CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS. If it appear from a Court of Inquiry or any testimony adduced therein, that an offense has been committed, the Judge shall issue a warrant for the arrest of the offender as if complaint had been made and filed. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
