Venue

Sec. 52.099. VENUE. The venue for any suit arising from this subchapter either by or against the board and regardless of the kind or nature shall be in Travis County. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2454, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
