Limited Regulatory Authority

Sec. 52.152. LIMITED REGULATORY AUTHORITY. Except as otherwise specifically provided by this title, the commission has only the following authority over a telecommunications utility subject to this subchapter: (1) to enforce this title under Subchapter B, Chapter 15; (2) to assert jurisdiction over a specific service under Subchapter E; (3) to require co-carriage reciprocity; and (4) to regulate condemnation and building access.
