Statement of Consideration

Sec. 52.184. STATEMENT OF CONSIDERATION. No lease executed under this subchapter after September 17, 1939, is binding on the state unless it recites the actual and true consideration paid or promised. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2461, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
