Sec. 521.048. CERTIFIED INFORMATION. The department may disclose information under Section 521.046 or 521.047 that is certified by the custodian of records on payment of a $10 fee for each individual request. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
