Continuance

Sec. 521.303. CONTINUANCE. A continuance under Section 521.299 stays the suspension or revocation of a license until the date of the final decision of the presiding officer. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1117, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2000.
