Remittance of Fees and Charges

Sec. 521.425. REMITTANCE OF FEES AND CHARGES. Each fee or charge required by this chapter and collected by an officer or agent of the department shall be sent without deduction to the department in Austin. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
