Contracting Authority

Sec. 522.006. CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. The department may enter into a contract to carry out this chapter, including a contract with an agency of another state or with another organization. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
