Applicability of Subchapter To Certain State Entities

Sec. 522.0152. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER TO CERTAIN STATE ENTITIES. This subchapter applies to the following state entities: (1) the commission; (2) the Department of Family and Protective Services; (3) the Department of State Health Services; (4) the Texas Education Agency; (5) the Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical or Mental Impairments; (6) the Texas Department of Criminal Justice; (7) the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs; (8) the Texas Workforce Commission; and (9) the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
