Sec. 522.0204. INTERNET NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING. An agency shall provide on the agency's Internet website the same notice of an open meeting that the agency is required to post under Subchapter C, Chapter 551. The notice must be posted within the time required for posting notice under Subchapter C, Chapter 551. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
