Sec. 522.085. PROBATION OF DISQUALIFICATION PROHIBITED. Notwithstanding Section 521.303, if a person is disqualified under this chapter, the disqualification may not be probated. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
