Effect of Suspension, Revocation, Cancellation, Or Denial of License Or Permit Under Other Law

Sec. 522.089. EFFECT OF SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, CANCELLATION, OR DENIAL OF LICENSE OR PERMIT UNDER OTHER LAW. (a) A suspension, revocation, cancellation, or denial of a driver's license, permit, or privilege under Chapter 521 or another law of this state disqualifies the person under this chapter. (b) If the department disqualifies a person under this chapter for a longer period than the other law, the person is disqualified for the longer period. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
