Eligibility To Serve On Executive Council

Sec. 523.0104. ELIGIBILITY TO SERVE ON EXECUTIVE COUNCIL. (a) In this section, "Texas trade association" has the meaning assigned by Section 523.0052. (b) An individual may not serve on the executive council if: (1) the individual is an officer, employee, or paid consultant of a Texas trade association in the field of health and human services; or (2) the individual's spouse is an officer, manager, or paid consultant of a Texas trade association in the field of health and human services.
