Sec. 523.0351. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Department" means the Department of Family and Protective Services. (2) "Ombudsman" means the individual appointed as the ombudsman for an ombudsman program. (3) "Ombudsman program" means an ombudsman program administered by the commission under this subchapter.
