Investigation of Unreported Complaints

Sec. 523.0361. INVESTIGATION OF UNREPORTED COMPLAINTS. If, during the investigation of a complaint, an ombudsman discovers unreported violations of the commission's or department's rules and policies, the ombudsman shall open a new investigation for each unreported violation.
