Retaliation Prohibited

Sec. 523.0364. RETALIATION PROHIBITED. The commission or department may not retaliate against an employee of the commission or department, as applicable, or any other person who in good faith makes a complaint to an ombudsman or against any person who cooperates with the ombudsman in an investigation.
