Evaluation of Agency Commissioner

Sec. 524.0052. EVALUATION OF AGENCY COMMISSIONER. Based on the performance objectives outlined in the memorandum of understanding entered into under Section 524.0101(a), the executive commissioner shall perform an employment evaluation of each health and human services agency commissioner.
