Sec. 524.036. FAILURE TO APPEAR. A person who requests a hearing and fails to appear without just cause waives the right to a hearing and the department's determination is final. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
