Annual Business Services Plans

Sec. 525.0153. ANNUAL BUSINESS SERVICES PLANS. The commission shall develop and implement an annual business services plan for each health and human services region that: (1) establishes performance objectives for all health and human services agencies providing services in the region; and (2) measures agency effectiveness and efficiency in achieving those objectives.
