Sec. 526.0651. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Guardian" has the meaning assigned by Section 1002.012, Estates Code. (2) "Guardianship program" has the meaning assigned by Section 155.001. (3) "Incapacitated individual" means an incapacitated person as defined by Section 1002.017, Estates Code. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
