Sec. 53.018. ROYALTY. The royalty under the lease shall not be less than one-sixteenth of the value of the minerals produced under the lease. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2470, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
