Payments

Sec. 53.019. PAYMENTS. Lease payments and royalty shall be paid to the commissioner at Austin, and all payments shall be credited to the account of the permanent school fund. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2470, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
