Sec. 53.055. SEPARATIONS AND ALLOCATIONS. Costs of facilities, revenues, expenses, taxes, and reserves shall be separated or allocated as prescribed by the commission. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
