Sec. 53.063. FORMS. The owner of the surface may lease to any person the minerals covered by this subchapter on lease forms prepared by the land office. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2471, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
