Sec. 53.067. PAYMENT PROCEDURE. Royalties and other payments accruing to the state under this subchapter shall be paid to the commissioner in Austin and shall be deposited in the fund to which the minerals belong. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2472, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
