Sec. 53.109. TEMPORARY RATES. (a) The commission may establish temporary rates to be in effect during the suspension period under Section 53.108. (b) If the commission does not establish temporary rates, the rates in effect when the suspended tariff was filed continue in effect during the suspension period.
