Applicability

Sec. 53.302. APPLICABILITY. This subchapter does not apply to an incumbent local exchange company that is a cooperative corporation partially deregulated under Subchapter H. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
