Fees and Assessments

Sec. 53.308. FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. The commission may prescribe and collect a fee or assessment from incumbent local exchange companies necessary to recover the cost to the commission and to the office of activities carried out and services provided under: (1) this subchapter; (2) Section 53.112; (3) Subchapter H; and (4) Section 55.004.
