Provisions Not Exclusive

Sec. 53.351. PROVISIONS NOT EXCLUSIVE. (a) This subchapter does not: (1) prohibit a cooperative from filing for a new service or a rate change under another applicable provision of this title; or (2) affect the application of a provision of this title not directly related to: (A) establishing rates; or (B) the authority of the commission to require a cooperative to file a report required under this title or the commission's rules. (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, the commission may conduct a review under Subchapter D. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
