Sec. 532.0154. RURAL HEALTH CLINIC REIMBURSEMENT. The commission may not impose any condition on the reimbursement of a rural health clinic under Medicaid if the condition is more stringent than the conditions imposed by: (1) the Rural Health Clinic Services Act of 1977 (Pub. L. No. 95-210); or (2) the laws of this state regulating the practice of medicine, pharmacy, or professional nursing. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
