Data Regarding Treatment For Prenatal Alcohol Or Controlled Substance Exposure

Sec. 532.0204. DATA REGARDING TREATMENT FOR PRENATAL ALCOHOL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE EXPOSURE. (a) The commission shall collect hospital discharge data for recipients regarding treatment of a newborn child for prenatal exposure to alcohol or a controlled substance. (b) The commission shall provide the collected data to the Department of Family and Protective Services. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
