Intellectual Disability Community Services Account

Sec. 533A.0846. INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY COMMUNITY SERVICES ACCOUNT. (a) The intellectual disability community services account is an account in the general revenue fund that may be appropriated only for the provision of intellectual disability services by or under contract with the department. (b) The department shall deposit to the credit of the intellectual disability community services account any money donated to the state for inclusion in the account, including life insurance proceeds designated for deposit to the account.
