Definitions

Sec. 534.0001. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Commissioner" means: (A) the commissioner of state health services in relation to: (i) a community mental health center; or (ii) the mental health services component of a community mental health and intellectual disability center; and (B) the commissioner of aging and disability services in relation to: (i) a community intellectual disability center; or (ii) the intellectual disability services component of a community mental health and intellectual disability center. (2) "Department" means: (A) the Department of State Health Services in relation to: (i) a community mental health center; or (ii) the mental health services component of a community mental health and intellectual disability center; and (B) the Department of Aging and Disability Services in relation to: (i) a community intellectual disability center; or (ii) the intellectual disability services component of a community mental health and intellectual disability center.
