Sec. 54.622. TYPES OF PLANS. The board shall make prepaid tuition contracts available for the: (1) junior college plan; (2) senior college plan; (3) junior-senior college plan; and (4) private college plan. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1032, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
