Sec. 54.747. SERVICE TO INCLUDED LAND. The district has the same right and obligation to furnish services to the included land that it previously had to furnish to the excluded land. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 715, Sec. 23, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
