Capitation Rates

Sec. 540.0253. CAPITATION RATES. A contract to which this subchapter applies must contain capitation rates that: (1) include acuity and risk adjustment methodologies that consider the costs of providing acute care services and long-term services and supports, including private duty nursing services, provided under the Medicaid managed care plan; and (2) ensure the cost-effective provision of quality health care.
