Personnel Required In Certain Service Regions

Sec. 540.0271. PERSONNEL REQUIRED IN CERTAIN SERVICE REGIONS. A contract to which this subchapter applies must require a contracting Medicaid managed care organization that provides a Medicaid managed care plan in the South Texas service region to ensure the following personnel are located in that region: (1) a medical director; (2) patient care coordinators; and (3) provider and recipient support services personnel.
