Sec. 541.152. INTERNET WEBSITE AND COMPLAINT MECHANISM. The attorney general shall post on the attorney general's Internet website: (1) information relating to: (A) the responsibilities of a controller under Subchapters B and C; (B) the responsibilities of a processor under Subchapter C; and (C) a consumer's rights under Subchapter B; and (2) an online mechanism through which a consumer may submit a complaint under this chapter to the attorney general.
